Named after the astonishing light display created in the high-altitude atmosphere, the amazing 'Aurora feature' light , can be found in the Burswood Casino, Perth. At 10 meters long, a diameter of 2.7m and weighing  over 1.5 tonnes it is designed to mimic its natural namesake, and fires up at regular intervals to display a spectacular light show.

Built entirely at Planet Lighting headquarters in NSW, the Aurora features 380 2.5w RGB LED illuminated nodes and 120 LED kinetics with corresponding articulated mirrors and four light projectors, splashing images on the walls. The structure is made out of anodised aluminium and is suspended with a winch system allowing for easy maintenance.
